Congratulations to Dr. Ellen Griffith Spears. Her book, Baptized in PCBs(UNC Press, 2014), has been selected for the Arthur J. Visiltear Prize this year. The Visiltear Prize is awarded for important contributions to the study of the history of public health. It is granted yearly by the Medical Care Section of the American Public Health Association.
